My son’s AC went out on Saturday July 21st...it was a busy day for all companies due to the extreme heat we had and we couldn't find anyone to get out that day...it would be Monday. I called them at 1:30 p.m. and they said they could have someone out between 6 and 8 p.m. Someone got there at 4 p.m. had it fixed in no time and didn't charge an arm and a leg!
